Job Description


We are now looking for a Women´s Junior Designer to join H&M Move.
As a Junior Designer you are responsible for assisting the Senior designer. Together with the rest of the team, you will be involved in designing and developing the collections sold worldwide in all the H&M markets and omni channels. You will contribute with updated fashion sports insights for our target customer with your fresh ideas, energy, creativity and fully global perspective. High pace and rapid changes are a natural part of the work environment. You will do flat sketching, be part of fittings, work on overviews and more, as you contribute to developing our women’s sport collection.




Qualifications


We are looking for a driven, hands-on and self-motivated person with a tenacity to take this exciting step as Junior Designer. You have a curious mindset and a genuine passion for sportswear. You are well-organized, love teamwork and have strong and clear communication skills. You enjoy taking initiative, are driven and flexible. You are motivated by participating to build the women’s sports collection, adapting and finding new ways of working in a creative, highly entrepreneurial and diverse environment
In addition to matching the personal profile we also seek the following:
A minimum of a BA qualification in Fashion/Textile Design
A minimum of 1-2 years’ work experience as a Junior Designer from fashion &/or sportswear
Passion for sports and/or fashion design demonstrating strong trend sensitivity
Used to translating creative fashion vision into commercial products with clear customer focus
Strong skills in and used to work at high speed in Adobe Suite programs
3D CLO work experience is meriting
Strong in design process, attention to detail, color, material, cut and silhouette
Agile entrepreneurial mindset and adaptable to fast changes
A flexible, positive and inspirational team player
Fluent in English, written and verbal

This is full-time permanent position based in Stockholm to start ideally in October/November 2022.
