Work Order and Material Management Process Manager-Nordics

Your new position

As a work order and material management process manager at Eltel you will be responsible of that area throughout Eltel. You will have an important role in the roll-out of our ERP application IFS. You will both define the best practice and share between Eltel countries.

In your role you will also work with the implementation of the processes together with all teams locally. To that comes also to support your colleagues in work order and material management processes issues whenever needed. In this position you will be a part of our Group Business Control Team. 

As our new colleague you will join a very international service organization and in which it will be important that you understand both IT, business and change management as well as finance. And, even more important, an understanding on how all of the divisions in the company work together.  

Having experience from ERP implementation will be useful as well as an “can do” attitude and good social skills when it comes to problem solving.

Kvalifikationer
To be suitable for this position you probably come to us with the following knowledge/experience
• University degree at Master level or equivalent education/experience
• Solid IT skills regarding above average MS-Office skills, particularly Excel and Powerpoint
• Good knowledge and experience from working with ERP
• Strong change management skills
• Good process development skills
• Ability to establish good relations to internal customers
• Solid understanding on how IT, Business and Finance work together
• Background from business as a team manager, district manager, project manager or business IT is an advantage

When we are back to normal this position will include frequent level of traveling (estimated 2-3 days a week)

This position reports to GSS Director in Finland.
