The core HCM and compensation functionality has been live in most markets since June, as well as Absence for Sweden. Polestar deliver cars in various European countries. The Workday Specialist will work closely with the global HR team to capture the needs and issues they face in their daily work when using Workday. This input, together with proactive analysis eg by data analytics, will be used by the Workday Specialist to do continuous improvements in the system, such as building or improving reports and notifications, adjusting process steps and notifications, and suggesting additional functionality to use. Sometimes the solution will instead be developing better instructions and training material. Daily support to HR colleagues will also be a big part of the job, but with the aim that this need should decrease over time.You will work office hours with some individual flexibility.

ARBETSUPPGIFTER
Main Responsibilities:


* Regular contact with the global HR team, as well as with the Workday team at Polestar Digital
* Configuration in Workday across all HCM functional areas
* Reporting and analytics – building custom reports
* Identify and deliver training and material required for different users.


Deliveries:


* Continuous improvements/adjustments of Workday business processes and configuration
* Reports and alerts within Workday
* Training material and ad hoc training and support to the global HR Team
* Onboarding/necessary training and handover to the permanent employee who will take over this role


VI SÖKER DIG SOM
* Approx. 2 years of experience within Workday HCM configuration and reporting


* Understanding of Workday security, to make reports and functionality available to the right people
* Some level of understanding of the HR Processes, especially recruiting/hiring/onboarding, absence and organizational changes.
* Have good knowledge in Excel
* Are fluent in English.
