Workforce Transition Specialist

Role Summary
Your assignment is to contribute to Scania's ability to manage workforce transitions in a structured, business-driven, and legally robust way.
You will support both the development and practical application of workforce transition methods, tools, governance principles, and readiness activities.
An important part of the role is to support transformation initiatives with workforce transition expertise and help ensure that relevant stakeholders have access to appropriate methods, guidance, and material.
Job Responsibilities
Contribute to the development and maintenance of frameworks, methods, ways of working, and readiness models for workforce transitions.
Support collaboration and alignment between business, People and Culture, Labour Law, union representatives, and other relevant stakeholders.
Maintain and update governance principles, readiness material, tools, and supporting documentation.
Support readiness reviews and other preparations related to workforce transitions.
Provide specialist advice and practical support in areas such as workforce transition activities, employee and competence matching, and governance.
Support and train stakeholders in relevant workforce transition methods and ways of working.
Capture experiences and lessons learned and contribute to continuous improvement of tools, methods, and processes.
Coordinate with relevant People and Culture areas and initiatives, including workforce planning, career support, performance and development, organizational design, and change management.
Identify and highlight risks, dependencies, and areas requiring further attention during workforce transition activities.

Who You Are
We believe you have experience from working within People and Culture, Human Resources, organizational change, workforce planning, workforce transition, employee relations, or a related area.
You enjoy working in a context where several perspectives need to be considered and where structure, collaboration, and practical problem-solving are important.
To succeed in the role, we believe you:
Have relevant experience within People and Culture, Human Resources, workforce planning, transformation, employee relations, or organizational change.
Have an understanding of organizational and workforce transitions.
Are comfortable working with processes, frameworks, guidelines, and supporting material.
Have an understanding of labour law and collective agreements, or experience working together with specialists within these areas.
Have good stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
Can translate requirements and principles into practical support and ways of working.
Have a structured and analytical approach.
Are comfortable working across different functions and areas of expertise.
