You'll be part of the global success of DSV, number 4 freight forwarding company in the world. DSV Equipment is a best-in-class equipment department that hires out different types of trailers and containers to other DSV departments across Europe. Equipment head office is in Puurs (Belgium), but has decentralised equipment centres around Western Europe.

Technical, international and driven

The Workshop you will manage is part of DSV Equipment and one of our 5 workshops across Europe. As Workshop Manager, you are responsible for the supervision and development of our Workshop in Landskrona. The team exist out of a group of Mechanics and they need your knowledge as well as technical supervision. Your goal is to run the workshop, build a steady and inspired team whit best services and a consistent high quality for our customers

Specifically, you:

- Supervise the Mechanic team in their daily activities, applying your technical knowledge to advise and support the mechanics
- Structure, organize and schedule the daily workload in the workshop: organize trailers on de side and type of maintenance
- Build relationships with external customers in the area, so there is a consciously workflow
- Monitor the results in the workshop and ensure that KPIs are met
- Safeguard business processes and bringing new ideas in
- Providing the best service for our customers
- Be willing to help with operational tasks


Passionate and performance-driven

As some of your key challenges will be and being aware of intercultural differences, it is essential that
you have the energy, drive and courage to lead different types of employees. What is more, is that we
value your attitude, passion and interest in the trailer market much higher than the contents of your
exam papers

- You have 3+ years of technical experience in a similar function
- You possess a solid technical understanding of trailers
- You are not afraid of new challenges
- You are well structured
- You have excellent IT Skills
- You communicate and effortlessly written and verbally in English and Swedish
