WORKSHOP MANAGER 
Become part of a world leading company where you get the opportunity to lead and develop a high performing workshop team. Quintus Technologies is looking for a people-oriented and result-driven Workshop Manager. 

The Workshop Manager is responsible for the development and execution of all production activities as well as for the disassembly of the products before shipment, including required production equipment. The position as Workshop Manager reports to the Manufacturing Manager and involves health, safety and environment-, personnel-, quality- and budgetary responsibility.  As Workshop manager, you make sure that  presses are produced safely, on-time, that they meet required quality standards, and that budget and targets are met. You will be an important part in increasing our production capacity and reducing our lead times.  Production volumes are increasing continuously with high rates. You will also be an important part in increasing the production capacity in an efficient manner and reducing our lead times at the same time.

TASKS AND MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibility for safety, health and work environment in the workshop and the Application Center. 
Ensure resource management and competences to fulfill the production plan
Manage all production activities on shop floor level 
Ensure availability and application of processes, instructions, and best practices
Ensure on time, on budget and quality execution in accordance with production plan
Set KPI:s and continuously monitor, analyze and optimize production in terms of quality, efficiency and costs. 
Responsible for identifying and implementing production improvement in alignment with the Manufacturing Manager and the overall strategy. 
 
 YOUR PROFILE AND QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for a structured and people-oriented person with high social skills keeping the targets always in mind. You are used to managing people and building trust and to motivate those you lead, and you have a high focus on managing teams and working with improvements. You have previous experience from working with 5S and Lean-related activities. You like working at a high pace, as well as managing a wide range of activities simultaneously. Good communication skills in Swedish and English, both written and oral, are required.  
We believe that you have a Bachelor or Master’ degree or equivalent within the relevant subject. Previous experience from the field of manufacturing and process industry as well as working in delivery projects is preferred. You should have experiences from budget and costs responsibility and be familiar with systems for Product Lifecycle Management. Understanding of reading drawings and assembly instructions as well as knowledge of Business Systems IT-environment is required.
