As a Regulatory Affairs Assistant at Wyeth you're responsible for giving accurate administrative service to the Regulatory Affairs Director, the Regulatory Affairs Officers/Managers, the Ethics & Compliance Manager and the QA Manager within the Regulatory Department.The role is Nordic and you report to the Regulatory Affairs Director.The position is based at our Nordic headquarter in Solna. Key relationships for the jobholder will be Medical-, Marketing-, IT- and Logistics departments, manufacturing sites, Wyeth affiliates in the Nordic area as well as local health authorities, pharmacies and wholesalers. Your main responsibilities: - Keeping the archive within the Regulatory department.- Update data warehouse with correct information about the products.- Handle monthly reports and update the New Product Database (NPD).- Update the Regulatory information on the intranet.- Book travels and arrange internal meetings and conferences.- Handle the applications for export certificates.- Keep track and code invoices electronically.- Update Fass.se.Our ideal candidate has a valid educational background and documented training in administration.You have worked at least 2-4 years as an assistant and gained understanding of the pharmaceutical industry.You have excellent IT-skills with a high proficiency level in MS Office.You are fluent in Swedish and business English.A good understanding of any of the Nordic languages is a merit.
