We are looking for a junior customer care agent for a technical customer support position to our client in Sweden. The best part is that you don’t need any previous experience from customer service or IT to get started in this job: you will get training and a good first step in your career within an international company! The employment will start ASAP with 6 months contract + good possibility of extension. The offices are located in Gävle and in Skellefteå and you can choose the one you prefer as your working place.

 

The role: You will be in contact with customers through phone, e-mail, and chat in a young working atmosphere. It will involve helping customers for example with questions regarding computers, but as stated before, you don’t have to be an IT-wizard to be able to help customers in this role.

 

Your profile: You are customer service oriented
You are stress tolerant and frequent task switching isn’t a problem for you
You speak and write fluently in Danish, Norwegian, or Finnish
You speak and write fluently in English
You have basic IT skills
You don’t need previous experience because you will get a training for the job
