Healthineers IT in the Europe Middle East and Africa (EMEA) Region is looking to hire a Zone Coordinator serving the Nordic and Baltic Zone (NRB) located in Solna, Sweden. The position will also be performing IT Infrastructure operational tasks in Sweden.

Our new colleague will be a part of a wider Service Management and Regulatory team with app 25 colleagues located in major countries in EMEA. Your functional team lead will be located in Spain, but you will also have a Swedish in country manager. The NRB Zone consists of the countries Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Finland, Lithuania, Estonia, and Latvia. There are local IT contacts in the countries working part time and in the business. However, most IT Infrastructure support services are being performed by external vendors therefore our new colleague needs to work both vendor and end user focused.

Your tasks and responsibilities:
* Coordinate IT Infrastructure support in NRB
+ Manage country support concepts based on EMEA Standards
+ Manage External vendors
+ Coordinate “In Business” IT Contacts
+ “Housekeeping”, right size Infrastructure service consumption
+ Asset management
o Lifecycle support
o Inventory control
+ HW catalogue
+ Contribute to knowledge management
* IT Infrastructure Projects
+ Roll out of centrally defined projects to Zone and countries
+ Act as interface to central project team
+ Perform Country and Zone tasks
* Service Management
+ Ticket handling for local support
+ IT service Desk, complaints and escalations
* End user Support for Sweden
+ Perform country infrastructure support
o On/Off Boarding of users
o Configuration support
+ Install/uninstall computer and mobile clients
+ Hardware Failure: Diagnose, Support & Coordination
o Forward for Break fix
*
* Manage IT Consumables
+ Display, keyboards, mice, headsets, etc
* Mobile Voice subscription: Management & support

Your qualifications and experience:
* Degree in Information Technology / Computer Engineering
* Experience in managing mid-sized IT projects
* Understanding of IT Service Management
* Relevant certifications
+ E.g., ITIL Foundation/Practitioner, Microsoft Enterprise Administrator Expert
* Fluent English (working language)
* Able to understand Norwegian, Swedish, and Danish
