Job Summary
To accelerate sales, efficiency and performance. Support the sales force to make their work more efficient through adequate sales tools, processes, ways of working, measurements & KPIs, job role frameworks, competence models and support, sales development programs, common structures etc.
Identify and execute improvements within the sales structure framework to improve customer orientation and satisfaction as well as business management and control. Secure close cooperation with the Sales, Practices, BU's, within and across Regions to upgrade Ways of Working, Competence and Knowledge Management for customer success cases, reference solutions and sales best practices. Through the global sales framework (tools, process etc) and sales structural programs support the implementation of the Sales Strategy and create an environment that supports profitable growth.

- 2-5 years of experience of relationship sales
- 2-5 years of experience from ICT industry
- Change management experience
