Administrative Assistant

We are looking for an administrative assistance to join our team. As an administrative assistant you will support the efficient operation of the office and also our effective internal and external communications strategy.
As a person, you should be responsible, self-organized and coordinated. Aside that, you should have excellent communication skills and have at least 1- 2 years of experience in admin work or equivalent experience in a similar role is strongly desired.
Job Responsibilities:
· Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office.
· Exhibit polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
· Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies.
· Organize and coordinate company’s events and schedule meetings.
· Write, edit, and distribute content, including job advertisements, publications and marketing material that communicates the organization's activities, products and/or services.
· Respond to media inquiries, arrange interviews and act as a spokesperson for the company.


Education and Experience Requirements:
· Bachelor's Degree in Communications or equivalent education required
· 1-2 years of administrative experience
· Knowledge of appropriate software including Microsoft office, social media platforms and content management systems.
· Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
· Good time management and organizational skills
