Are you the administrative assistant we are looking for?

Your role

In the role as administrative assistant, you will provide administrative support to the managers and coworkers at the Technical Information and Engineering department.

You will have a key role in keeping things together and help others to move forward. It means being service minded and proactive to ensure that these duties are carried out smoothly and support our everyday operations.

As an administrative assistant the tasks varies and you work independently. Your responsibilities will, amongst other things, include;

Administrative tasks such as:

· Handling mailboxes, mail and telephone

· Ordering computers, office supplies etc.

· Manage bookings and office/facility questions

· Supporting in purchase of consultants

· Archiving, copying, making printouts

· Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner

· Handle multiple projects



Your profile

We are looking for a person with experience of similar positions. Good judgement, communicative, high integrity and flexibility to handle and respond to upcoming situations is necessary attributes for this position. You have great social skills and love to work in a business environment that demands cooperation with colleagues and external partners.

You are positive and like solving problems for others. You have strong organizational and planning skills, and are used to work independently.

We are seeking a fast and service-oriented quick thinker with the ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks.

Other qualifications;

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Swedish and English

· Proficient in MS Office

· Knowledge of office management systems and procedures

· Discretion and Judgement



What you will be a part of

Business unit Gripen Support manages Gripen business within Support and Services and provides a focal point for customers and partners. We provide support for the Gripen system including a range of products and services e.g. technical support, maintenance, ground support equipment, component repair, services for advanced electronic systems, as well as advanced logistics supply services. We also offer maintenance concepts as well as production and implementation of various parts of other maintenance solutions to customers in all domains.



This position requires that you will be approved in a security screening in accordance with the Swedish Protective Security Act.
