About the role

As a administrator at our client your main areas of responsibility will be to:

• Prepare and monitor purchase orders
• Respond to internal and external requests for information related to procurement
• Support the Group Leader Procurement Administration and Procurement Officers in procurement matters
• Maintain procurements files
• Keep data and price lists up-to-date in the procurement module
• Prepare requests for quotations
• Other duties or assignments as requested by the supervisor

This recruitment process is a collaboration with Adecco. The role as Administrator is a consultant assignment with starting date as soon as possible and will proceed during a period of 4-6 months. The office is based in Lund.

Administration is something you enjoy!

Important for the role:

• University degree in a relevant field or A-levels/high school diploma with related experience
• A least 2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in a procurement function or an administrative function in a commercial working enviroment
• Good exposure and understanding of administrative processes and systems
• Experience in data management and monitoring
• Fast and accurate computer skills, great experience in MS Office, Experience in Agresso is a plus
• Experience of working in an international enviroment
• Excellent oral and written English skills, knowledge Swedish is an advantage
