Swedara Group AB is a business development consultancy firm, with many years’ experience. We have a strong international network of investors and a wide experience in M&A, company valuation, business brokerage, intermediary, financing, and investments. We have also experience in leadership and engaged in many business development activities in Sweden and Middle East. The company have through the years advised leaders, entrepreneurs, and investors on their most critical issues across variety of industries. Our main mission is to represent a buyer in connection with a purchase or investment in companies and advise throughout the transaction process. Our business markets are commercial real estate, IT, and industrial sectors. We also offer business advices, and training for companies that need resources, networks, and competence for the internationalization.


We are seeking an experienced, bilingual Business Developer with a broad skillset and experience in manufacturing industries. As a business developer, you will be responsible for managing business development assignments from order to execution. In addition to the relevant business development assignments, you will also help us generate new sources of revenue, create and develop new business ideas as well as expand our local and global presence by exploring new and untapped business opportunities, relationships, and markets.


ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Develop business plans, market research, information memorandums, financial models and reports, business proposals, project plans, perform due diligences, business valuations, lead and manage business transactions, and provide professional advices to clients.
· Assist us in developing, implementing, and leading the marketing and growth strategies.
· Assist us in introducing and expanding our products and services into new markets, and continuously help us grow among existing and potential markets/clients.
· Design and develop new services and improve our existing services.
· Generate new leads, analyze potential business opportunities, and select the proper deals in line with set strategies.
· Identify, develop, and maintain strategic partnerships and collaborations to accelerate the expansion of our businesses.
· Identify new sources of revenue.




SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or other equivalent areas with strong academic performance.
· Minimum 10 years' experience in business development, B2B and had responsibility to manage, negotiate and close deals/ business transactions.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with all levels.
· Strong analytical skills, problem solving and proven ability to plan resources and work with multiple cultures to reach the targets.
· Strong project management skills
· Experience in introducing and conducting businesses in Middle East is essential.
· Entrepreneurial mindset and great relationship skills.
· Have great networking skills and ability to share your knowledge, experience, and contacts with others.
· A broad technical knowledge and skills are required.
· Fluency in English and Arabic is a requirement. Additional languages are preferred.
