Job Description
Whatever part you play, you won’t stop ‘Saluting Sisterhood’. You will be part of driving global change through empowering women to empower the world. To sustain our growth plans, we are looking for an affiliate specialist that can strengthen our Brand & Marketing team. You will work cross-functionally with different departments such as E-commerce, Sales, Business Tech, Content Creative etc. to maximize output and secure sustainable growth. You will Analyze partnership performance and measure the success of brand partnership marketing activities. Define global and local growth potential. Also, you will be responsible that all activities and goals are aligned with the customer acquisition strategy, retention strategy and go-to-market plans together with stakeholders and set strategies with our external affiliate programs. You will report to the Channel manager.
Your main responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Responsible for setting and implementing the strategy and execution in affiliate channels to secure reach of our brand, campaigns, and to drive traffic, revenue, and profitability to Monki.com
Responsible for setting KPIs and budget for affiliate in alignment with overall company goals and strategies and ensure that set goals and budget are met
Responsible for planning, managing, executing, measuring, and optimizing our affiliate marketing activities
Work long term and continuously develop the affiliate strategy, find new ways to optimize both high- and low funnel activities and identify new affiliate partners
Establishing and maintaining strong client relationships with suppliers, influencers, agents, PR event and production agencies.
With support from the affiliate coordinator grow the affiliate influencer network
Be self-driven and take ownership to develop the area and the opportunity to argue for strategies and methods towards business leaders and important stakeholders within the brand.

We also see that you:
Are a digital native with a strong passion for affiliate and influencer marketing and is ready to help take Monki's affiliate marketing strategy to the next level.
Have minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in working with performance/affiliate program management at affiliate network or similar role at a brand.
Have in-depth knowledge and experience working with affiliate marketing, setting and executing strategies and budget to maximize performance
Have great commercial insight, good analytical skills and are able to set KPI’s for your projects.
Have great negotiation skills and experience working with setting contracts is a plus
Love and master customer & performance analysis, have excellent analytical skills
Are effective time management skills: ability to prioritize, delegate and meet deadlines
