IES is growing every year and we are looking for experienced school leaders across the country who will create the opportunity for every student to realise their own potential in an international environment.
Internationella Engelska Skolan has been making a difference in the lives of our students for almost 30 years. We believe this is due to our clear ethos with engaged and visible leaders creating an environment in which teachers can teach and students learn. Operational support is provided by your regional director and functional experts at the head office.

Who are you?
You have a proven track-record in a leadership position in the Swedish education sector with solid people management experience. You are a true believer in bilingualism, international in mindset and attitude. You are able to apply your extensive knowledge of pedagogical leadership to create a work environment focused on professional growth. You are passionate about education and create a climate for learning. You are described as a visible, forward-thinking leader and will be a positive role model for the IES culture, inspiring both students and staff.
