Besedo Ltd.in Malta is now engaging a new Assignment Manager.

Purpose of Position:
The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall operation of a group of Assignments.

Responsibilities:
Reporting directly to the Country Manager, the candidate will be responsible for:
- Maximizing profitability and ensure service levels by always balancing efficiency in the use of human resources with quality in the provision of the service.
- Maintaining and extending the relationship with the client in order to clarify their expectations and deliver agreed services as well as identifying up-selling opportunities.
- Assuming responsibility for the people aspect of the Assignments and adopting a hands-on approach in the training, performance monitoring, coaching and leadership of the Team Leaders within the assignments.
- Revising operational practices and realizing innovative means to increase productivity aspects whilst not losing foresight of the economic targets / goals.

Requirements:
- Have a management background or formal education in management and have the capability to set priorities, goals, and objectives.
- Demonstrated capability to manage, coach and mentor.
- Understanding of the importance of good customer service.
- Good judgment and the ability to set priorities and make decisions.
- High level of interpersonal and written and oral communication skills, both in Swedish and/or Norwegian and English.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Accounting knowledge in relation to P&Ls and budget handling.
- Computer literate.
- Good time management skills, organized, and high capacity to handle a dynamic work environment.
