Assistant Manufacturing Engineer

We are looking for an individual who has a large a passion for cars as for making good business. You have a drive to develop and see the results of your hard work in terms of finished products. We are looking for an individual with a background in automotive manufacturing or similar and with a high sense of quality.


The role
We are searching for an Assistant Manufacturing Engineer to improve our products and procedures and ensure they meet safety and quality standards.
To be successful in this role, you should be familiar with driving improvements and performing process validations as well as being a support function to development projects.
Good knowledge of Swedish and English in speech and writing are essential. We are looking for employees in different departments like aftermarket, production or composite.

General Responsibilities
Be a team player in order to identify technical issues and finding the root causes
Review current blueprints and quality documentation in production
Work with internal teams to increase customer satisfaction by improving the quality of the products
Participate in improvements and process development including process validation
To act as a support function to development projects
Perform process validations according to existing routines
Review and improve 5S in the facility
Follow up with various parties to obtain signatures or email approvals
Other administrative duties as assigned
Working with different media channels and formats



Requirements
In-depth understanding of technical documentation
Minimum of Collage degree required
Great attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Good analytical skills
Good knowledge of Swedish and English in speech and writing
Good computer understanding
Experience in Adobe Products is meritorious
Experience of working with CAD products is meritorious
Experience in MS Office
Previous experience in composite, automotive or craftsmanship is meritorious
