HVDC (High Voltage Direct Current) is a business unit within ABB’s Power Grids division located in Ludvika. The unit develops, manufactures and sells DC transmission systems on a global market. This ABB developed HVDC technology is used to transmit electricity over long distances and for power transmission via submarine cables. HVDC is also used to connect power systems.
Your responibilities
As Audit Leader you will be working with internal audits of processes, QMS documents, KPIs and business systems for compliance and effectiveness against internal and external Quality System Requirements
Supporting third party audits
Supporting in certification process and audit planning for the unit
Participating in auditors’ network and train/coach new auditors
Developing and presenting metrics around audits to optimize the audit process
Training process owners and stakeholders on QMS and 3rd party requirements
Performing supplier related audits
Living ABB Power Grids core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business

Your background
You hold a university degree in Engineering and have 2-3 years of work experience of doing audits
You have solid understanding of Quality Management Systems & process management
Certified auditor in audit techniques
Understanding of HSE & Energy standards
Solid understanding and knowledge of ISO9001:2015
Excellent communication skills with ability to communicate at all levels within the organization
As a person you are structured and driven to deliver on commitments
High level of self-motivation
