Automation Technician

The production site in Fjällbacka is one of our 4 global producers of films and strips.The Strip is an integrated part in almost every Tetra Pak packages.Our Strips are for use as Longitudinal Seal (LS-Strips) or as Inner Patch (IS-Strips) to seal our packages in the filling machines at our customer.We are now looking for an Automation Technician.

You will be a part of the maintenance team supporting the production in complex electrical and automation problem solving.

Your responsibilities will be to:
- Lead and participate in improvement teams and projects with continues improvements methodology
- Documentations and standards of PLC, electrical and HMI back-up
- Support the production with electrical and automation expert competence
- Share knowledge to increase skills of maintenance and production teams
- Lead external suppliers.

We believe that you have a structured, analytical mindset.As you partly will be working with documentations and standards accuracy is a must.We also believe that you have a clear way of communication with focus on the listener.

To be successful you will probably have an educational background within area of automation/ electrical science, presumably "KY" or equal.You have at least 3 years of experience from working hands on with problem solving with in a production environment.Knowledge of Siemens PLC is a must.If you have experience from working with continues improvements
such as lean or WCM this will be highly valued.
