We are looking for awesomeness – Is some of this you?
You can make the most out of a complex customer pain point, you make it feel simple and on point as you have a black belt in service design.
You like when things make sense and hence you love to structure and visualize journey maps, service ideation, concept communication and specification.
Coaching is a passion and therefore facilitating workshops, set design sprints and hold seminars and training sessions comes natural to you.
You have a scientist inside and hence you get energized when conducting and synthesizing research, insights and findings.
No one can tell and write a story like you, especially if get o do it in front of an audience. You bring ideas to life in front of and together with clients & stakeholders through ideations and conceptual work.
You were born with an agile mindset but can relate to how it used to be.
To show your awesomeness we expect you to be proficient in English.

Mystery of the month – A huge drop in productivity
We have been asked by one of our most important customers to help them define a service which would help them to optimize their fleet. Right now, it looks like the productivity for their fleet, for some reason, has dropped to 50%. As a service designer what would you suggest we could do to solve this mystery?
