We are now looking for a Back of House Manager for Lundsbrunn Resort & Spa!
Lundsbrunn Resort & Spa, formerly Lundsbrunn's health resort, has opened its doors again after an extensive renovation and we have set high ambitions & goals to develop our fine facility into a natural meeting place in the heart of Skaraborg, but to be able to make that journey, we need to strengthen our organization of stars with additional stars!
We are now looking for a Back of House Manager
Your basic profile:

Description of the service:
Our Kitchen & Restaurant environment, which is now open 7 days a week, is an important key for a day or evening operation to function as well as possible and therefore we now need to recruit a Back of House Manager who ensures quality assurance and proactively prepares the daily operation for other staff in the kitchen and restaurant environment at Lundsbrunn Resort & Spa.
Duties:
- Extremely responsible for ensuring that all of our baking areas, including associated kitchen equipment, are in good order, e.g. our dishwashers, fridge & freezer areas, the bakery's storage, other storage areas and surfaces as well as other technical equipment that is connected to the department's daily operations
- Responsible for ensuring that the sustainability work is maintained in accordance with the Swanens standard applies e.g. to be responsible for ensuring that the facility's waste management is followed according to the routines established by the company's management and according to the Swanens criteria.
- Responsible for ordering consumables for own department
- Responsible for ensuring that all deliveries to the facility are received in a good manner, then reconciled and transported to the correct department/storage area at the facility
- Be part of the process and planning work for our logistics solutions at our larger events and then make sure that the logistics are followed on the days the event is carried out, such as at wedding bookings or conferences with more than 100 participants

Qualifications:
Previous experience in similar work is necessary as experience in hotel & general restaurant management is required to cope with the tasks satisfactorily. Your commitment combined with your personality weighs heavily in this role and also a good physique and easy to communicate with others in the kitchen make this position easier.
- Working hours: Vary, day or evenings
- Scope: Permanent 100%, trial employment 6 months
- Start: According to increase.
- Salary: According to increase.
