WHAT YOU’LL DO
We need more exceptional, impactful, and authentic leaders to build our prototypes and grow our organization. Our ambitions and deadlines push the limits of what is physically possible. This means that you’ll have to work efficiently and drive our cross-functional teams to execute at high quality levels. Our mission is clear: we are here to innovate and transform.
Accountable for creating, maintaining & communicating schedules & plans for battery projects
Drive action with internal & cross functional teams to successfully complete projects within time & resource constraints
Identify creative & timely solutions to key program challenges
Track project progress & report effectively on status, blockers & changes
Develop & maintain effective communication channels to all stakeholders
Track project costs & drive cost management improvement
Track resourcing of projects & drive resource balancing between different program priorities
Support tracking & execution of design validation testing
Identify team priorities & motivate the project team to complete critical tasks
Develop systems & best practices for communication & change management
Own product BOM accuracy & communication of changes between design, supply chain, PMI & material planning
Complete appropriate documentation & ensure accuracy of data across Koenigsegg systems
(Enovia, DELMIA, CATIA, Altium, Polarion skills)





WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE

B.S. in an Engineering discipline OR equivalent experience & evidence of exceptional ability
Excellent communication skills, in both verbal & written English
Battery product design experience
