Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Business Analyst to work closely with the Digital Sustainability Lead with different kinds of sustainability projects in the Digital Department. Together you will receive, evaluate, define and drive sustainability requests from other stakeholders at the company together with own initiatives to capture the digital requirements and prepare the delivery of digital solutions to meet those needs.
What you'll do:
● Focus on sustainability data requirements from the central sustainability team and how they can be implemented in both our project and in other programmes.
● Work for sustainability in cross functional projects like the ERPs program, blockchain project, new car programs, etc.
● Collect requirements, wishes and views from requirements operations, and other stakeholders to ensure that the solution matches the requirements.
● Ensure that the requirements are in sync with people who must approve and collaborate with all involved BA/System Specialists to include the overall requirements.
● Making sure requirements are in sync with other initiatives /projects that our solution has dependencies on.
● Providing assurance that developed solution covers needs and requirements.
● Ensure Software Architect, Solution Architect, Test Leader, Team Lead/Scrum Master have understood the requirements.
● Formulate the requirements in such a way that they can be taken further for development and creation of test cases.
Who you are:
● Hold degree in MSc in Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering or similar.
● Experience as a Business Analyst or from the Digital & IT domain and knowledge of processes involved in an ERP-system.
● Experience in documenting processes and system along with knowledge and/or experience within the Sustainability area.
● Preferably experience from the Automotive industry along with experience in agile ways of working and JIRA.
● Possess knowledge and/or experience in data analytics and ability to understand business requirements and convey to solution and development.
