Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Business Analyst who is experienced in translating business requirements from the Talent Acquisition domain into process solutions for SuccessFactors.

What you'll do:
● Work closely together with the team to define projects by setting requirements, breaking those down to specifications and connect it to objectives.
● Anchor the work with stakeholders all around the company organisation and beyond to build innovative services and features that aim to create the fuller connected experience.
● Work as a liaison among different stakeholders to understand their viewpoint, to ensure close alignment and vision set by the team.
● Bring clarity to sometimes scattered inputs from different business and digital organisations. Summarizing and presenting the big picture to managers and colleagues.
● Provide ongoing consulting and expertise in key areas of focus and conduct product demos when needed.
Who you are:
● Experience from translating business requirements from the Talent Acquisition domain into process solutions for SuccessFactors.
● Have experience and certificates from e.g., BABOK, Six Sigma, collaborative agile practices such as impact and story mapping and you can apply the tools in your day-to-day work.
● Have worked in projects and/or a product context with implementation and enhancements of digital solutions where you have translated business needs to process and digital solutions.
● Ability to apply business analysis in an agile context and write epics, features, and stories in an effective format.
● Excellent communication, people, and stakeholder management skills.
