Business Analyst - Stockholm

Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Business Analyst who is experienced in information models and end-to-end process mapping including User Journeys/UX.

What you'll do:
● Support the Product Owner in the exploration phase of the new capabilities coming in from Stakeholders or Architects.
● Work closely with the Product Owner and the team to support the Products growth from the team’s vision and in line with the architect’s runway.
● Discuss problems and opportunities with other Business Analysts but still be self-governing and plan your own schedule.
● Work on a higher level in the cluster with cross-collaboration between their different teams and help out where’s needed.
● Provide ongoing consulting and expertise in key areas of focus and conduct product demos when needed.
Who you are:
● Experience and certificates from e.g., BABOK, Six Sigma, collaborative agile practices such as impact and story mapping and you can apply the tools in your day-to-day work.
● Have worked in projects or a Product Context with implementation and enhancements of Digital Solutions where you have translated business needs to process and configuration solutions.
● Enjoy working in a team but also have the capacity to work independently with a focus on expected deliveries.
● Proven track record of taking the lead in driving features all the way from analysis to solutions that really work in the business.
● Excellent communication, people, and stakeholder management skills.
