Job Description


We are now looking for a Business Analyst to join the Workplace Insights Product Team. Our mission is to provide teams with workplace insights to enable data-driven improvements in a responsible way. These insights are concerned with i.e., collaboration, work-life balance, and way of working. Together as a team we will expand a data-driven HR mindset to the H&M Group!


As our Business Analyst you will play a key role in the process of rolling out our Product to the organization. You will work closely with our global stakeholders (such as HR Managers) to understand their needs and help ensure that the Product delivers value and progresses. Moreover, you will use your expertise within organizational theory and change management to help ensure that our stakeholders adopt our product proficiently and feel supported.
Considering that we are still a relatively new team, you will be central in building it together with the Product Owner. This is a unique opportunity to shape and influence the product and your own role!
Some of your daily work will include:
Introduce, onboard and train new parts of the organization to our product
Have a holistic view of how the solution adds value and ties into the defined business outcomes
Create and hold presentations to our stakeholders
Provide suggestions on course of action based on the data-driven insights, together with Data Analysts
Be involved in product development and act as the bridge between the business and tech team





Qualifications


We are looking for you that have:
A degree in Strategic HR, Organizational Psychology, Management or similar
Relevant work experience
Good understanding of data (quantitative in particular)

It is meritorious if you have experience in:
An agile way of working (for instance as a Scrum Master)
Experience and knowledge within people and/or workplace analytics
Swedish communication skills
