About your job
There are two key aspects to this role. Acting as the entire BA’s process owner for contract management, you maintain and enhance common and effective processes to manage contractual risk throughout the contract lifecycle – from quoting to completion. You manage improvements and changes for our commercial approvals and contract management systems, ensuring that they’re up-to-date and meeting SMR business requirements. To enable an even more profitable future, you ensure consistent global processes and develop, align and execute maintenance of quoting and contracting documentation globally in consultation with our divisions and sales areas through our global Commercial Manager network.
In this role you also lead and coordinate the commercial management function within SMR and act as a commercial workstream lead in our key projects and provide input into relevant global policies. You share and establish consistent best practices for contract management and quote and order acceptance documentation as well as provide commercial advice. You enable decentralized strategies and structures to drive successful commercial management functions globally and perform maintenance of system user guides, commercial approval processes, and other information resources.
The location for this position is flexible within Northern Europe, preferably in Sweden or Finland. Some travel, two-four times per year, is part of your job.
What you need and know
For this mission we need someone with a legal or commercial background, combined with an understanding of contract language, terms and conditions, and contract management processes. You have extensive knowledge of risk management and experience working in complex, interdisciplinary, cross-functional and global teams. You are familiar with Salesforce or similar CRM, and related digital platforms for managing quoting and contracting within a large organisation. Having a background as a change leader makes you comfortable managing and embedding significant change within a large global organization. Working in a global setting calls for excellent communication skills in English.

Being able to multi-task, you easily manage several projects without sacrificing the schedule or quality. You continuously demonstrate self-awareness – seeking feedback to develop both as a person and in your way of working. You’re good at building trustful relationships and your clear way of communicating is the exact tool you need to manage all kind of stakeholders as well as to engage and inspire the people you encounter.
