Business developer analyst & media marketer/designer

xroom.app is planning to expand their operations in the South Asia and for that purpose we are looking for a talented business developer who has experience of working in the South Asian design industry.

The opportunity
· Help provide businesses and enterprises the opportunity to securely brand themselves with every meeting via our white-label solutions, via your designs!
· Help build a brand for the xroom.app platform, and obtain a comprehensive understanding of the video conferencing market and competition.
· Work collaboratively with others to execute new strategies as the company introduces product enhancements and/or releases new product features. You are a go-getter and passionate about technology and growth.

The Person
· You have at least 3-5 years’ experience of working as a business developer and business strategy designer in any of the following countries: Bangladesh, India, and Pakistan. (Preferably Bangladesh).
· You have good understanding of how the IT and design industry works in South Asia.
· You have clear idea about the needs and demand of secure video conferencing app in South Asian countries.
You are a driven, self-motivated and open-minded individual that wants to elevate your skills and abilities while helping us strengthen our app, brand, designs, and marketing through the creative digital media process.
We are looking for a highly-organized individual with an entrepreneurial spirit, who is excited to work with leading SaaS products.

· Your main tasks will be focused on optimizing product/market fit considering customer / user experience, regulatory landscape and partner ecosystem.
· You have a university degree in economics, marketing or entrepreneurship as you will need to conduct market research and design sales/marketing strategies and brand materials.
· Superior communication skills in English. Having basic / intermediate skills in the Swedish language is a plus

Can showcase excellent visual design with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
Up-to-date with the latest Web trends, techniques and technologies
Knowledge of statistic tools (SPSS, Stata, R, Matlab, etc).
Good understanding of HTML and CSS is a plus.
Basic knowledge of design tools (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma) is a must.
Knowledge of Marketing tools (optional).
