Are you passionate about business development and communication? Do you have a strong IT background and thrive in an ever-changing work environment? We are currently seeking a Business Developer on behalf of our client. As a recruitment agency, we are dedicated to finding the perfect match between our client's needs and the right candidate.

About the Role: In this role, you will be part of a small and dynamic team with diverse responsibilities. Your main focus will be on Staff Function Communication common training initiatives, document management tools, and planning and follow-up. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to organizational development and IT-related projects.

Responsibilities:

Ensure the right competence development in Staff Function Communications through suitable training programs
Own and manage Staff Function Communications SharePoint and financial follow-up tools
Drive a transparent and coherent process for planning, follow-up, and cost control
Represent Staff Function Communications in various initiatives within the scope of your responsibilities
Contribute to the overall success of the team by stepping in to support other team members when needed
Requirements:

University/College education in communication, business development, system sciences, or equivalent
Strong interest and knowledge in business development and change management
Excellent IT and communication skills
Strong people and stakeholder management abilities
Consultant background is preferred
Fluent in both written and verbal Swedish and English
Additional languages such as Dutch, German, or Polish are a merit
At least 5 years of experience in a similar field
Experience working in an international environment across multiple markets is a plus
Familiarity with agile ways of working (Lean, Scrum, Operational excellence) is a bonus

Strategic mindset and the ability to navigate complex challenges
Team-oriented and independent, with a positive and solution-oriented approach
Proactive and able to prioritize tasks effectively
