Business Development Manager

We are looking for a Business Development Manager!
You will be responsible for growing our aftermarket business through developing new products, packages and services for the global aftermarket. You will manage and further develop our successful PRoCARE Service product line (service contracts) for EMEA customers. Your responsibility will cover marketing, intranet and customer newsletters and campaigns as well as developing our CRM and ERP system within Aftermarket. You will also be responsible for the Customer Care pricing strategy, including implementation with other departments, of parts, service and projects.
You will be leading a team of specialists, reporting to the Director Customer Care EMEA and be part of the EMEA Customer Care Management team.
To be successful in this position you need to have the ability to easily combine strategic and operational skills. You have a strong drive, and you get things done, and you enjoy working in a fast moving environment with high ethical standards. You have passion for developing business and finding new innovative ways of doing things. You like to work with people from different cultures and create success as a team. We believe you have a degree within Finance, Marketing or Industrial Engineering and you have at least 5 years proven track record of successful business development.
