Key responsibilities:
- Acquisition of new clients
- Active building of business and taking care of existing customers regarding sales and distribution of products
- Increasing sales by seeking new markets
- Building and maintaining lasting business relationships with clients
- Running trade negotiations
- Realization of sales goals
- Monitoring customer potential in a given market
- Shaping and promoting the company's image
- Focusing on accomplishing tasks and achieving goals
- Coordinating, controlling orders and monitoring deliveries under concluded contracts
- Analyzing markets and competition activities
- Developing and implementing sales strategy for markets and customers
- Creating offers and calculations
- Reporting sales activities and sales results - CRM
- Cooperation with the team and other departments

Education:
Higher Education

Professional experience
Min. 3 years of experience as a Business Development Specialist/Manager or sales specialist/manager in international structures (preferably pharmaceutical industry / dietary supplements / food)

Other requirements: Knowledge of sales techniques
Very good communication, negotiation and analytical skills
Knowledge of other languages will be an advantage
Strategic talent and analytical thinking skills
Experience or interest in dietary supplements and/or sports nutrition will be an asset

2. Latvian or Lithuanian or Estonian Fluent in both write and speak
