We are now looking for a Business Development Manager to take care of acquisition of new customers, sales order book and revenues from these industry verticals in Sweden.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


• Responsible for achieving targets and managing end-to-end sales and acquiring new business for TCS in the region
• Responsible for pro-active sales and create incremental services revenue
• Responsible for building a strong pipeline of prospects and building healthy relationships with some of the key strategic customers
• Account coverage & account mapping
• Define offerings and map them to relevant key customers developing a product fulfillment plan
• Generation of awareness on Digitate offerings / technologies to customer accounts within TCS
• Creation of joint collaterals & success stories
• Responsible for accurately forecasting/projecting Quarterly and Full year Revenues
• Develop positive relationships built on trust to meet customer expectations
• Address and manage Stakeholder expectations




REQUIREMENTS:


• Deal Origination: Must be able to seek out, identify, shape and qualify target deals
• Sales Management: experience of operating in a Sales leadership capacity within a Global Services environment.
• Customer Focus: track record of delivering a high level of service to the customer.
• Account Leadership: experience within a key or large Account environment.
• Positive attitude and a good Team Player
