We are looking for a Business Process Analyst to work with our expert Customer Case Operational Excellence team of 5 employees across the world and a user base of ~1500 users across functions and regions. What you’ll do
Leverage data to generate insights to support the decision making, prioritisation and strategy to improve the customer feedback process
Champion simplification and continuous improvement, supporting the organisation on the journey to a best-in-class customer experience
Increase data literacy with stakeholders and x-functional teams, by training, coaching and sharing best practises for insights and analytics across the organization. Own all aspects of the Customer Feedback BI strategy.
Prepare standard datasets for process performance monitoring and cross functional operating mechanisms to support standardisation, alignment and action-oriented collaboration.
Collaborate with key stakeholders to share and evolve best practices, rigor and execution of projects
Who you are
Demonstrated strong data analytics and process improvement experience
Demonstrated leadership experience from working with global and x-functional teams to deliver process improvements
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to translate complex business processes and user requirements into clear and action focused plans
Strong communication and Influencing skills to drive stakeholder management/rapport
Familiarity with established data analysis methodologies, e.g Six Sigma
Fosters collaboration to deliver results
Customer focused with a drive to improve customer experience though their work
