Assignment Description:
We are looking for an experienced Business Support Specialist
What you will work on:
Provide high-level business support to super users across core applications (CRM, Customer Contracts, Reference/CV management)
Develop and deliver training sessions, webinars, and user guides to ensure effective knowledge transfer
Lead and manage super user networks across business areas and group functions
Identify system improvement opportunities and collaborate with Product Owners to implement enhancements
Support planning and execution of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system updates
Define requirements for training materials, guides, and learning solutions
Ensure smooth adoption of processes and tools by end users
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain operational excellence

What you bring:
Proven experience in business support, process improvement, or operational excellence roles
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly to different audiences
Experience in training, teaching, or other pedagogical work
Strategic thinking with the ability to prioritize tasks and see the “big picture”
Collaborative mindset and ability to work with diverse stakeholders
Self-driven and capable of independently managing work against defined goals
Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
