About this opportunity:
We are looking for Senior business transformation professionals to join our our Global Journey Transformation organization, driving radical improvements in our most strategic and prioritized business/process areas across the Ericsson group. This is a highly visible role, who will drive strategic transformative initiatives across lines, securing collaboration and mobilization of key executive and operational stakeholders.

The assignments can be of different kind: new capability build up (e.g. Digital contract), strategic orientations definition (e.g. CPQ application strategy), business simplification ad hoc studies (e.g. Product / Software contract unbundling)…

What you will do:
* Play a critical and high-profile role in driving strategic and innovation initiatives across Ericsson, delivering a fantastic experience to our employees and customers.
* Be accountable end-to-end to deliver impact at scale, from idea to actual adoption, driving cross-functional collaboration across Business, IT and Data.
* Manage senior leaders and sponsors through all the phases of change by managing resistance, building awareness and generating willingness to change 
* Be at the forefront of innovation, bringing in ground breaking ideas and technologies into the design to keep Ericsson miles ahead
* Work with an extraordinarily diverse and creative team, dedicated to the transformation, spanning across multiple lines in the organization (Transformation, Sales, BAs, Data Office, EIT…).
* Play an integral role in defining strategies, roadmap and execution plans to deliver business value that improves customer experience and operational efficiency  
* Write the next chapter for Ericsson, securing operational efficiency on our core business while paving the way for our new Next Generation Software business. 
* Bring structure and pace to the project, defining clear targets, roadmap, business cases… while securing execution excellence within the team.
* Build key missing capabilities to implement for our customer and employee moderns, seemless, state for the art end-to-end processes and flows
* Accelerate the transformation, taking on complex ad hoc cross-functional strategic studies, driving the simplification of Ericsson business
* Increase our ability to make fact based decisions, bringing in a Data oriented approach and structure problem solving skills
* Drive change within the organization, securing the target end-users are involved in the design, and support the adoption of new capabilities / insights in the context of the business flowws
Manage dynamic high profile functional teams, developing a safe environment emphasizing transparency, trust and collaboration.  

The skills you bring:
* A degree in Business Administration, IT or the equivalent experience. Master's degree is a plus 
* Proven track record delivering large, complex, and cross functional projects, in a high paced, complex environment
* A deep understanding of Agile ways of working, supported by certification and/or a tangible experience leveraging Agile practices
* An outside-in perspective on large scale Digital and Data transformation, with a deep understanding of Ericsson current state, and how different companies have delt with similar challenges.
* Excellent consultative and problem-solving skills, ideally building from some years in Tier 1 management companies
* A strong expertise on Ericsson business (portfolio, organization, processes), ideally with an experience in MAs.
* Analytical by nature and feels comfortable working with ambiguity
