About the role 
We are now searching for a chief operating officer (COO) to manage the daily business operations. As COO you work closely with department heads and supervise the day-to-day activities to secure the fulfillment and implementation of the company strategies into daily operations to meet objectives. As COO you have full P&L responsibility and report to Group CEO, who is focused on the company’s long-term goals, strategy, and M&A.

 

 

We're searching for a COO who has strong leadership skills and the ability to approach business with a creative point of view. The COO will lead our team of professionals to be efficient, productive, and effective. The ideal candidate has extensive experience both within the B2B and B2C segment. You have preferably worked your way up to an executive role. We believe this trajectory helps a person develop a unique mix of business and management expertise, plus proficiency with practices, policies, and procedures. 

 

 

Objectives of this role



• Overall responsibility for the day-to-day operations. 

• Collaborate with CEO in setting and driving organizational vision and operations strategy.

• Translate strategy into actionable steps for growth, implementing organization-wide goals. 

• Annual operations planning, forecasting, and budgeting. 

• Oversee company operations and employee productivity, building a highly inclusive culture that ensures team members can thrive and that

• organizational goals are met.

• Ensure effective recruiting, onboarding, professional development, performance management, and retention.

• Ensure compliance with national regulations and take appropriate action when necessary. 


 

Responsibilities



• Portfolio-analysis, products and pricing. 

• Analyze internal operations and identify areas for process enhancement.

• Implement business strategies and plans that align with the short- and long-term objectives. 

• Oversee operations, HR, and accounting.

• Monitor the performance of the organization and take corrective measures when necessary and prepare detailed updates and forecasts.

• Build and maintain trusting relationships with key customers, clients, partners, and stakeholders.  


 

Required skills and qualifications



• Five or more years of experience in executive leadership roles.

• Excellent leadership skills, with steadfast resolve and personal integrity.

• Understanding of advanced business planning and regulatory issues.

• Solid grasp of data analysis and performance metrics.

• Ability to diagnose problems quickly and foresee potential issues.
 


The role is based in our headquarters in Prismanhuset in Helsingborg.
