We are now strengthening the management team of Service Portfolio (KYS) with a Chief Product Manager, with the main responsibility to develop and enhance our global service offerings. 

 

These services make sure our customers and partners stay ahead of their game, and in control of the customer’s experience of Scania over time affirming us as an attractive partner throughout the transformation of our industry. 

 

Assignment 

As the Chief Product Manager (non managerial role), you will be a part of the Service Portfolio management team, department KYS.

 

In the role, you will report to the head of Service portfolio (department KYS) and support the manager and team in areas such as business follow-up, partnership management, customer journey and feature prioritisation and road map planning.

 

In a nutshell, a role to support our product management teams in building great services that deliver sustainable value to the business through creating vision and strategy for the entire PM organisation.

 

This is achieved by steering and shaping the services markets strategy and working through close cooperation with other functions to develop product properties and solutions that ease sales and delivery of our services.

The role has the end-to-end responsibility for the Service portfolio (dept KY responsibilities).

In the role, you will be working  closely together with other functions e.g. Commercial Operations, other Sales Marketing functions and the Traton Group to develop services.

 

Your Profile 

An entrepreneurial person with a strong customer focus mind-set and relevant academic degree (e.g. engineering/business). Experience within CX/Customer Journey methodology is a merit.

Previous leadership experience is required.

Strong communication skills, enthusiasm and a keen eye for new business opportunities is great to have in this position. In this role you will work in a multidisciplinary environment, and a key success factor will be your ability to establish new collaborations and motivate others. A large degree of flexibility both in terms of skillset and being prepared to handle fast changing situations is highly valued. Experience from Scania’s business model and commercial system core process is meriting. 

Fluent English skills in both speaking and writing is mandatory.
