Chinese Speaking Kitchener/Event Assistant

We are now on behalf of our customer ACC Group AB recruiting a Mandarin and Xiang speaking Kitchener/ Event Assistant for work with cooking, catering, event planning and related tasks within their Swedish technology enterprise.

As Kitchener/Event Assistant you will work in close cooperation with a Chinese supervisor from the Hunan province, and take part in the greeting of Chinese gusts and collaboration partners. Knowledge of the languages Mandarin Chinese and Xiang Chinese are therefore an absolute requirement, and good social skills and personal chemistry are necessary.

Work tasks
Cook and prepare food
Assist in the catering of events arranged by the employer or by customers or collaborating partners of the employer
Greet Chinese customers and corporate collaborating partners
Assist supervisor in practical tasks related to the everyday running of the company
Clean after corporate events, meetings etc.

Requirements
Training and/or experience working as a Kitchener/chefs assistant in china
Practical knowledge of Hunan cuisine and cooking
Fluent knowledge of Mandarin Chinese and Xiang Chinese
Basic knowledge about Chinese culture and the conditions within Chinese industry
Good social skills
