Compliance & Product Specialist - PureBallast

Now we’re looking for a Compliance & Product Specialist who wants to help us make a difference in the world. So, what are you going to do today?

Who you are

About the job
As a Compliance & Product Specialist you will be responsible for overseeing that the PureBallast product adheres with regulatory and class requirements.

Key tasks:
* Support the process in gaining approval from various class societies and flag states
* Work with Alfa Laval operations to assure that class requirements are implemented in Alfa Laval manufacturing or at suppliers
* Support customer and sales companies with product and class/flag related questions
* Support auditing that product design is compliant with ATEX/IEC Ex requirements
* Audit suppliers of ATEX / IEC Ex equipment
* Maintain that ATEX/IEC related documentation is stored in Alfa Laval PDM system

What you know
* You have a degree with relevant specialization
* At least three years of experience from working with technical product legislation
* Experience from working with ISO/EN/IEC standards and work experience from maritime industry is valued

* Strive to achieve defined goals and completing tasks on time
* Are a good communicator and fluent in English

The PureBallast product is marketed and sold entirely by Alfa Laval and you will act within the global Alfa Laval organization, with many international contacts, both internally and externally.
You will be employed by AlfaWall AB.
