Qideas is looking for a suitable candidate for the role of Consultant for sustainable business and business development to continue develop the business of its company and other relevant assignments.
Job Responsibilities:
· Business development consultant with a focus on Change Management & Sustainability
· Responsible for assisting the company's marketing plans and projects.
· Develop and further develop materials and presentations for the sustainable business.
· Plan, sell and conduct lectures, seminars and workshops.
· Actively participate in internal meetings and development of the company's other internal operations.
· Develop sustainable business plans with the assigned accounts.
· Design and develop strategic development strategies and sustainable business plans.
· Provide assistance with implementing suggested plans and strategies.
· Oversee and examine new strategy progress and development.
· Educate, lead and supervise team members of the business and partners to ensure the project's achievement.
· Conduct complex analysis to find new market/business opportunities.
· Investigate existing business models, products and services and compare them with competitors.
· Suggest measures for improving customer satisfaction and loyalty.
· Handle business deals operations and activities
· Oversee the implementation of different contracts.
· Build, encourage and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
· Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners.
· Screens potential business deals by analysing market strategies, deal requirements, and financials.
· Evaluates options and resolves internal priorities.
· Develops negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations.
· Examines risks and potentials for the business opportunities.
· Estimates partners’ needs and goals.
· Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; and integrating contract requirements with business operations.
· Protects organization’s value by keeping information confidential.
· Enhances organization’s reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests.

Education and Experience Requirements:
· MSc in Business Administration or similar relevant filed from European university.
· Previous working experience as s Business Development Consultant for 3 years & above.
· Total 10+ years of professional experience.
· Blended working experience from multinational & start-up in the international environment in the relevant field.
· A proven track record of providing actionable solutions in leading international business.
· Knowledge and experience of the business ecosystem in South Asia.
· Excellent organizational and time management skills
· Outstanding communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
· Excellent presentation skills
· Critical thinker and problem solver
· Language requirements – English, Swedish, Bengali, Hindi
