CONSUMER RELATION AGENT TOWARD NORWAY

We are now looking for A consumer relation agent who will work in Sweden but towards Norway. We are looking for a person who would like to start working with the costumer who are in direct contact with the company products.

Personal qualities we value is your ability to act independently and businesslike. You are positive, outgoing and driving with ability to create and maintain good relations with our customers. You are stimulated by problem-solving and use your creativity to find new solutions. Of course, you’re also having a genuine interest in technology! You think your salary should stand in relation to your skills, and further we share the responsibility with you to maintain and develop your competitive consultant profile. Emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.

As the Consumer Relation agent, you will communicate with consumers via chat, phone and email. Via these channels you will try to understand their issue and provide a viable solution with a high level of service. You will also administrate tasks, connected for customer handling process, manage lead generation, delegation and follow-up of leads to ensure that they are being utilized effectively. The chance to take a proactive role in converting consumer leads to sales and take ownership of the consumer experience and follow-up with consumers to learn from their feedback and improve. In the roll you will get the chance to continuously identify, propose and drive activities with other stakeholders to further improve quality and efficiency in our processes of how we are communicating with our consumers

To succeed in the role we would like to see that you have the following skills/mindset;
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and Norwegian.
- Experience from working with Customer Service/contact
- Flexible working hours - evenings and weekends include.
- Strong collaboration skills; being a team player
- Problem solving skills
- Driven
- Genuine interest in the automotive industry
- Experience working with sales is a merit
