As our Content Creator, you will work closely with our Category team to set and implement the product marketing strategy. At the same time, you will be part of our international marketing team to build our European strategy.

You will work from our bright, spacious office close to the Central Station in Malmö with many places to go for lunch, close to shopping and gyms. We have a hybrid approach where you can work from home up to two days per week.



About the position

In this role, you will contribute to increasing our business and the value of the Doro brand. We want to boost our communication via creative content, do something fresh, positive, and energizing, using the latest trends in social media and video editing. You are responsible for the planning and hands-on implementation of marketing content in general and social media in particular, including generating the actual content while ensuring brand compliance in our productions. Our primary target is to grow our social media and online campaigns. It's an exciting opportunity with quite a lot of freedom, be surrounded by a supportive team and work for a great cause, which is helping seniors.

You will travel to events, and visit our regions (France, the UK, Germany, etc.) to create content. You will meet our end users, our development teams, our customers to come up with stories to publish. You will be part of the Product Marketing Team, working at our HQ but with close collaboration with our Regional Marketing Managers. While you will interact with some external specialists, like agencies, graphics designers, and copywriters, we expect you to be hands-on and do a majority of the content creation and publishing on your own. Ideally, we look for someone creative, who loves to create videos, graphics and text.

You will work with the strategy and the content for Doro as a brand as well as our services and products. Inbound marketing/marketing automation and content creation are things that you are excited about. Being curious finding the stories and sharing the videos to build engagement on our social media. Improving our web with updated content that motivates the visitors into deeper engagement for example building landing pages and CTA encouraging the visitor to take action. The job also contains creating general marketing and product content such as writing and editing text, PowerPoint, illustrations, videos, photos etc as well as assisting with investor relations and communication e.g. quarterly and annual reports.



Are you the one?

In this role, you must be curious, social and creative. You are passionate about social media and their algorithms. Colours, images and building brand identity in digital and physical media is what you find inspiring. Furthermore, you possess digital skills and have an interest in following the digital development and the new opportunities it provides. You can see what needs to be done - and then do it. You don’t need to have formal education, nor check all the boxes above, but we'd love to see your portfolio, preferably social media.

Social and communicative skills to be engaging, collaborating and anchoring, both internally and externally, are fundamental to being successful in this role.
