Job description: As Brazilian Customer Manager you will be responsible for all the text on our Brazilian site, which involves continuously translating the site content, newsletters and other texts, from English to Portuguese.You will also create fun competitions and local campaigns to increase activity and sales on the site.You will answer questions from our members in Portuguese and English.All interaction with our members will be handled through email or via www.stardoll.com.You will be a part of a multicultural customer service group which handles 17 different languages, with English as a main language.We are looking for Someone who is a good writer, has the ability to engage people with their written language and has earlier experience with similar tasks.Apart from Swedish, you must also speak and write English fluently.All other languages are merited.Your personality traits are: serviceminded, meticulous, you can handle stress well, and you are sales-oriented.This is a temporary employment between December 20th and February 1st.Interested?We would like to fill this position as soon as possible so please send in your application immediately.
