Customer Manager Turkish – Maternity Leave

Stardoll is seeking a Customer Manager for a full-time contract job covering a maternity leave to start in April 2014. The job will extend through September 2015.

Job description

Stardoll’s target audience is girls aged 7-15 years and older. Together with our production team you will set the tonality for our products. In order to be able to communicate with the target group it is imperative that you are a native Turkish speaker, fluent in English and that you know the appropriate vocabulary for this media.

As Customer Manager for Turkey you will be responsible for all the text on our Turkish site and mobile products which involves continuously translating content, newsletters and other texts from English to Turkish. You will also create fun competitions and local campaigns to increase activity and sales on Stardoll.com.

You will answer questions from our members in Turkish and English. All interaction with our members will be handled through email or via Stardoll.com. You will be a part of a multicultural customer service group with English as a main language.

Qualifications


Native Turkish speaker
Previous experience translating from English to Turkish
Work experience from customer service and/or sales
Fluent in English, all other languages are merited
Experience and knowledge of social media is a major plus
Excellent understanding of the target audience and their online culture

We are looking for someone who is a good writer and has the ability to engage people with their written language. As a person you are service minded, meticulous, you can handle stress well and you are sales-oriented.

We can offer you a fixed term contract from April 2014 to September 2015.. This position is in our Stockholm office. You must live in the Stockholm area or nearby.
