We are looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to join our great team at Customer Service department in Ängelholm. You will have a key role to make sure we deliver value for our customers. The role handles all demand, order and logistics planning from HemoCue to our customers. This position is the back-office support for the HemoCue Sales Leaders. It requires to proactively engaging with sales leaders, distributors and end customers to understand demand and deal status and recommending actions to increase customer satisfaction and to accelerate opportunities through the sales cycle. You will report to the Director Customer Operations.
Responsibilities
Order and export document handling for assigned export markets
Order and document handling for the Swedish market
Provide support to responsible Sales Leader in specific markets/regions
Monitor payments status and send payment reminders
Order, billing and credit handling for service as well as complaints
Updating systems with current customer data
Actively work with process improvements in Customer Operation
Administration of price lists and customer information

Qualifications
We believe that the following formal qualifications will improve your chances of success:
Upper Secondary School
Experience and/or education in export handling
Experience and/or education in freight forwarding and/or logistics
Highly organized and ability to work independently
Ability to communicate with and gain confidence of co-workers within the company as well as external contacts
Customer focused, both internal and external
Fluent in Swedish and English
Very good PC skills (ASW, Word, Excel, TM-Systems)

As a person you are a team player, systematic, structured and who likes a fast pace. You find it easy to communicate with other people and enjoy working in a company that is driven by continuous improvement, both in terms of equipment and processes.
