Academic Work is on behalf of a client seeking a Danish speaking costumer contact. Our client is a world leading pharmaceutical company and is active worldwide. The company is in the forefront of research, development and manufacture of medicine and is behind many famous brands in the pharmaceutical industry. As a customer service you are expected to perform the following tasks: - Effectively prioritize the processing of customer orders, claims, returns requests, credit/debit note management - Maintain and develop excellent long-term customer relationship with Nordic customers and wholesalers. - Maintain daily communication with customers on product availability, order and delivery status - Liaise with customers and Logistics Service Provider (LSP) to ensure optimum ordering conditions are met by both. - Partner with LSP's to achieve on-time and in-full processing of customer orders with due regards for cost to serve - Work closely with different departments such as Sales, Demand Planning and Hub Operations colleagues to achieve relevant service level goals - Manage closing of month end Sales cut off with LSP and Finance Vi söker dig som Qualifications and experiences required and Professional experiences: - Fluent I English, Danish and Swedish, both orally and in written - More than two years of background in customer services, preferably from either Fast Moving Consumer goods (FMCG) and / or pharmaceutical sector - Experience and understanding of GS1 master data and systems. Systems preferably: Dadas ( As a person you are self-motivated and are able to work on your own initiative. You have good communication skills, are flexible and social. You are also interested in interacting with both other internal departments and functions as well as external costumers.
