Data Analyst

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing Power BI reports and dashboards to provide valuable insights and analysis for our business.

About the role

This role will require a deep understanding of data analysis and visualization, as well as the ability to collaborate with other team members to deliver exceptional results. The team You will be collaborating with the Data Visualization team as part of the AI & Data management team. Our team is located both in Stockholm (Sweden) as well as in Nijmegen (Netherlands).

The AI & Data management team is using state-of-art technology on top of a brand-new Azure built Data Platform.

Design, develop and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards for various business units.

Identify and analyze business requirements and translate them into effective visualizations and reports.

Collaborate with business users, data analysts and other stakeholders to ensure that reports are accurate and meet their needs.

Collaborate with both the Business and Data Engineers to ensure that data sources are accurate and reliable and troubleshoot any data-related issues that may arise.

Stay up to date with the latest Power BI features and functionalities and make recommendations for improvements to existing reports.

Train end-users on how to effectively use and interpret the reports and dashboards.

Create training video’s to further facilitate Dustin’s ambition to wards self-service BI.

Collaborate on extending the Dustin Data Visualization Competence Center.

What you bring

To be successful in this role, we believe you have the following.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field

Proven experience working with Power BI and creating reports and dashboards.

Strong knowledge of SQL and data warehousing concepts

Excellent data analysis and visualization skills

Strong collaboration and communication skills

Ability to manage multiple projects and work well under pressure.
