Data Analyst - Stockholm

Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Data Analyst/Developer who is experienced in working with data visualization and dashboards in PowerBI.

What you'll do:
● Collect and analyse organizational and people data using tools such as Excel, pivot tables, and macros.
● Work with Organizational Development team members to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
● Generate insights based of your analytics solutions, build reports with business recommendations, and use storytelling skills to generate engagement and buy-in.
● Partner with other business, HR, Controlling and other stakeholders to develop data models, seeking to enhance performance, effectiveness, and efficiency for Organizational Development tools.
● Set and drive agenda, roles, and expectations per project to ensure all responsibilities are being met; escalate issues as appropriate.
Who you are:
● Ability to be hand-on in data processing and be able to instruct others on data processing needs during week periods.
● Demonstrated experience with SQL, BigQuery (GCP), and developing PowerBI solutions with big data.
● Good knowledge and proven experience in developing python-based applications, JavaScript, C/C++, Python, SQL, JAVA, and Linux.
● Excellent communication, teamwork skills, inter-personal and Organizational skills.
● Self-going and not afraid to search information and interact with stakeholder inside and outside the company.
