The position
FlexLink is on an exciting transformation journey and we would like you to be part of it! 
We are recruiting a Digital Transformation Manager in Gothenburg, Sweden, that will help the company grow by transforming our businesses into digital. You will report to the Head of Technology and Innovation.
There are 3 main drivers for this role:
1. Enhance customer experience
2. Accelerate digital products & service development 
3. Provide internal efficiency thanks to process automation/seamless connection. 
In strong connection with the Leadership Team and the Coesia digital team, you will be responsible for the design and implementation of the company's digital roadmap. You will also lead and manage a team of software developers.

Your profile
You are not only a digital expert but also a manager with an entrepreneurial approach. As the role is transformational, you are responsible for the adoption of digital technologies across the entire business. 
In strong connection with the digital marketing team and the Industry 4.0 expert, you are responsible for digitalizing the customer (internal and external) experience across the entire company and its operations. 
You have a very good knowledge of the digital technologies (state of the art) and a strong network in that field. You will use this knowledge to you ensure a thorough make or buy analysis. 
Further, you are/have:
Previous experience in change management
A proven track record of a similar role or has been a key person in a similar journey for another company
A technical background with a degree in computer science, software, or equivalent
A person with team management experience

Your fluency in English is of the highest importance, while your Swedish language skills are considered a plus.
